Tabitha Ward-Thomas

Founder/Ceo

Tabitha is the founder of 901 Rainbow, a nonprofit focused on empowering youth and young adults through grief support and autism awareness. With over a decade of experience in parks and recreation, education, and foster care, she is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where young people can grow, heal, and reach their goals.

Dr. Danesha Brown

Executive Director

Danesha is an educational equity advocate with experience strengthening college and career advising statewide. She previously led advising initiatives at the Tennessee Department of Education and Education Strategy Group and holds a doctorate from Johns Hopkins University and a master’s in school counseling from the University of Memphis.

Nicole Braden

Development Director

Nicole is a licensed K–5 Special Education teacher and emerging social work professional with over seven years of experience supporting children and adolescents in educational and behavioral health settings. Currently completing her Master of Social Work (anticipated March 2027), she brings a compassionate, relationship-centered approach to her role as Development Director, grounded in advocacy, equity, and trauma-informed care.
